MCAP stands for Mobile Community Access Point. Car mobile information unit to provide facilities and means of utilization of telematics for public internet access for the public, which also can be used as an interactive learning media as well as to service Internet-based services.



Three functions of the MCAP is as follows:
1. Information technology-based learning and communication and Internet access.
2. Access Phone Service (Call shop), and Facsimile.
3. Information dissemination activities Audio Visual.

MCAP facilities are:

The purpose of MCAP facilities are as follows:
